Immersion Suit & Chemical Suit Inspection

Our service includes thorough inspection of immersion suit’s neoprene or PVC material for tears or degradation, checking all seams, zippers, seals, and reflective tape. We verify the integrity of attached safety equipment like whistles and lights, and perform inflation tests on oral tubes and automatic inflation systems where applicableWe also inspect chemical suits with focus on the impermeability of the suit material, the condition of visors, seams, and gloves, and the functionality of any attached breathing apparatus couplings. We ensure suits are decontaminated, properly stored, and certified for their designated protection level.

Our certified technicians follow manufacturers’ guidelines and strict SOLAS, IMO, and ISO standards. Each suit is individually inspected, cleaned, repaired if possible, and tagged with a clear service date and validity sticker. Condemned suits are safely disposed of, with documentation provided for your vessel’s safety management system.
